Dr. W. Kevin Baker |
Received his Ph.D. in Management (Organizational Behavior) from Virginia Tech, M.B.A. from Radford University, and B.B.A. from Roanoke College. His present research interest is attitudinal responses to the work setting. Baker is a partner in the BKL Research and Consulting Group which specializes in organizational and marketing research for industry. |

Ms. Erica Cooper |
She is working to complete her Ph.D. in Communications by Spring 2008. She specializes in Intercultural Communication and persuasion. Other education interests include: Interpersonal and Small Group Communication, Conflict Management and Mediation, Business and Professional Communication, and Public Address. She has been consultant in the areas of public/oral communication for the School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington and Valcom in Roanoke, VA. |

Mr. Bayard Harris, Esq. Teaching Associate |
Graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina Law School. He received his A.B. in history from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Harris has represented Management in labor and employment and human resource issues since 1973. The founder of The Center for Employment Law, pc, Harris now practices with Woods, Rogers & Hazlegrove, plc. In Roanoke. |

Mr. Michael Hutkin |
Received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and MBA from Lynchburg College. Mr. Hutkin spend 36 years with General Electric Company and TM GE Automation Systems LLC in various management positions. This included power and control design and development process automation systems, factory production, and global project management for a wide range of industrial markets. |

Dr. Larry A. Lynch |
Received his Ph.D. in Finance from Virginia Tech, M.B.A from Lynchburg College, and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a former electrical engineer with Appalachian Power Company and a current consultant in the areas of Corporate Valuation and Economic Loss Valuation. |

Dr. Christina McCart |
Received her Ph.D. in Management Science, MBA with disciplines in finance and management science, and BS in Finance from Virginia Tech. Dr. McCart formerly worked as an accountant for Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. and as a bank auditor for the National Bank of Blacksburg. |

Dr. Ali A. Nazemi |
Received his Ph.D. in Management Science, M.B.A., and M.S. in Engineering Management, and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology; he received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. Dr. Nazemi is a former Senior Partner with Computron Computer Systems Consultants and bank credit analyst. |

Mr. Donald Robb |
Received his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College. He is Chief Operating Officer for Coral Graphic systems, with more than 20 years of experience in industry, including Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing, Human Resources, and Organization Development. |

Dr. David Robertson |
Received his Ph.D. in Career and Technical Education from Virginia Tech with specializations in Training and Development and Organizational Behavior. Dr. Robertson has 14 years of industry experience as co-owner of Robertson Marketing Group, a nationally recognized promotional products marketing firm. Education interests include: teambuilding, decision-making strategy, conflict resolution and leadership studies. |

Received his Ph.D. in Resource management and MBA from Virginia Tech. He obtained his B.B.A. from Roanoke College. He is currently the Director of the Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurial Innovation. His present research interests are personality and decision making and he currently teaches courses in leadership and business strategy. |

From Christ Seminary and his B.A. in Philosophy and Humanities from Valparaiso University. He has taught at the University of Toledo, the University of Notre Dame and Valparaiso University. |
