SALEM, Va. - Roanoke College's Board of Trustees Chairman Robert Wortmann announces the appointment of new trustees. New to the board are: Kenneth J. Belton Sr., of Salem; Pamela L. Cabalka, of Edina, Minn.; Judith B. Hall, of New York, N.Y.; and Andrew J. O'Keefe, of Madison, N.J.

Belton earned a B.A. in criminal justice from Roanoke in 1981. He has held several management positions throughout his career and is currently serving as a project manager for Shiloh Baptist Church's expansion project. While a student at the College, Belton was a member of the men's basketball team. He served as captain his senior year, was a member of the ODAC All Conference Team and holds the record for the highest shooting percentage in Roanoke College history. In 2000, Belton was named to Roanoke College's Athletic Hall of Fame.

Cabalka earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Roanoke in 1976. She is currently president and CEO of Schaper, Inc. in Edina, Minn. As a student, she was a member of Phi Mu Fraternity. She is the president of Roanoke's alumni executive council-an ex-officio position on the board of trustees.

Hall graduated from Roanoke in 1969 with a degree in psychology. She is the former Vice President of Human Resources Services for General Reinsurance Corporation in Stamford, Conn. and is active in helping the homeless in New York City. As a student, she was a member of Chi Omega Fraternity and is a past president of the alumni executive council.

O'Keefe earned a bachelor's of business administration from the College in 1980. He is currently Co-President of First Brokers Securities, Inc. in Jersey City, N.J. While a student, he was a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity and the men's lacrosse team, which earned him induction into the Athletic Hall of Fame in 1991.
