Financial Aid Dates and Deadlines
2008-2009 Prospective and Transfer Students
January 2008 | Complete 2008/2009 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) in order to be eligible for federal funds or need based funds. |
May 2008 | Deadline to deposit for fall term 2008. Your deposit is your confirmation you will be attending Roanoke College. |
June 2008 | Complete Stafford Loan counseling and/or Perkins Loan counseling online if you have been awarded these loans. Loan funds will not be applied to student's account until counseling is completed. |
July 2008 | 2008 fall term bills mailed to students by the Business Office. |
July 31st 2008 | STRICT DEADLINE - ALL STUDENTS AWARDED TUITION ASSISTANCE GRANT MUST HAVE THE APPLICATION IN THE ROANOKE COLLEGE FINANCIAL AID OFFICE BY JULY 31. |
August 2008 | Payment of the student's Fall 2008 tuition balance is due in the Business Office. |
November 2008 | Bills for spring term 2009 mailed to students upon pre-registration. |
December 2008 | Payment for spring term 2009 due to the Business Office. |
