Located in the Fintel Library, The Goode-Pasfield Center for Learning and Teaching provides students with a comfortable, welcoming place where they can realize their academic potential as independent and resourceful learners. The Center features programs for students at all levels of academic accomplishment. The Center also offers on-going support in pedagogical development to members of the Roanoke College faculty. Professional staff members and testing services are available from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Peer consultants in the Writing Center and Subject Tutoring are available by appointment and on a walk-in basis. The Writing Center is open Sundays 4-9 pm, Mondays and Tuesdays 1-2:15 pm and 4-9 pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-9 pm. Subject Tutoring is available 6-9 pm Sunday through Thursday.
