Goode-Pasfield Center for Learning and Teaching

The Goode-Pasfield Center for Learning and Teaching provides students with a comfortable, welcoming place where they can realize their academic potential as independent and resourceful learners. The Center features programs for students at all levels of academic accomplishment. The Center also offers on-going support in pedagogical development to members of the Roanoke College faculty.

Location

The center is located on the first floor inside Fintel Library. 

Writing Center Students at all levels of competence can meet with trained peer writing tutors .	Peer Mentoring Learn from other students	Subject Tutoring Receive help by trained peer tutors on any subject

Make an Appointment for Writing Center

Hours

Professional staff members and testing services are available from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Subject Tutoring is available from 3-9 pm Sunday through Thursday.

Subject Tutors are available on a walk-in basis.

The Writing Center is open Sunday - Thursday from 4-9 pm.

Peer consultants in the Writing Center are available by appointment only.
