Alumni Weekend is still on for this weekend. In support of our friends at Virginia Tech, several remembrance events have been included in our alumni weekend activities.

» Goldwater Scholar: Jake Bennett
Jake Bennett, a physics and mathematics major from Lexington, Va., has been named a 2007 Barry M. Goldwater Scholar.

» Athletic Hall of Fame
Three Maroons are scheduled to be inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame on Friday, April 20, as part of the new field dedication.

» Radio Station
WRKE is free-range radio with students in the driver's seat. It serves Roanoke College and Salem and streams live at www.wrke.org.

» Record Applications for Admissions
For the seventh consecutive year, a record number of students have applied for admission to Roanoke College.
