The rooms in Augusta Hall are carpeted with the exception of room 100.

Augusta Hall was originally used as a private dwelling for Roanoke College staff. After the retirement of Charlie Perfater, the Physical Plant Director, the house was renovated for student housing. Augusta is the designated Community Service theme hall for upper-class women.

Augusta Hall currently serves as the RC Films theme area for upper-class students. The Area Coordinator for Augusta Hall is Mrs. Amanda McCarthy, who resides in the Allegheny apartment with her husband, Michael. Mrs. McCarthy may be reached at (540) 378-5146.
