January

11 Saturday - Check-in begins

12 Sunday - Resident students arrive on campus; check-in

13 Sunday - Registration; check-in

14 Monday - Classes begin; DROP/ADD period begins (SEE NOTATION BELOW**)

18 Friday - Last day to add a Monday/Wednesday/Friday day course-4:00 p.m.; Last day to submit
a Pass/Fail or Audit form for a Monday/Wednesday/Friday day course-4:00 p.m.

21 Monday - Last day to add a Tuesday/Thursday day course-4:00 p.m.; Last day to submit a Pass/Fail
or Audit form for a Tuesday/Thursday day course-4:00 p.m.

21-24 Mon-Thurs - Last day to add an evening course is up until (but not including) the second meeting of that class (i.e. the ADD form must have been turned in to the Registrar's Office by 4:00 p.m. and
before the second meeting of the class); Last day to submit a Pass/Fail or Audit form for an
evening course is up until (but not including) the second meeting of that class (i.e., the request
must have been turned in to the Registrar's Office by 4:00 p.m. and before the second meeting
of the class)

25 Friday - Incomplete work for Fall Term due to professor; Last day to drop before "W" goes into effect.

28 Monday - "W" in effect until March 14

22 Friday - Mid-term

26 Tuesday - Mid-term grades due in the Registrar's Office-12 Noon

29 Friday - Spring Break begins after last class

March 

10 Monday - Classes resume at 8:30 a.m.

14 Friday - Last day to drop courses unless withdrawing from the College - 4:00 p.m. (A course is considered officially dropped only if the DROP form is accepted by the Registrar's Office)

21 Friday - Good Friday - No classes

24 Monday - PRE-REGISTRATION FOR FALL TERM BEGINS: subject to change

April

1 Tuesday - Last Day to complete a CREDIT-BY-EXAMINATION during the Spring Term

8 Tuesday - Last day to WITHDRAW from the College through the Registrar's Office, except for medical reasons-4:00 p.m.

11 Friday - Make up for evening courses for cancellation(s) due to inclement weather (advance notice via campus email)

12 Saturday - Make up for day courses for cancellation(s) due to inclement weather (advance notice via campus email)

18-20 Fri-Sun - Alumni Weekend

21 Monday - Last day of Spring Term classes - FRIDAY BLOCK SCHEDULE

22 Tuesday - Reading Day (By mutual agreement, Tuesday evening exam may be given on this evening - See Registrar for details.)

23 Wednesday - Exam: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Block 4, Exam: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Block 12, Exam: 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. Wednesday evening courses (E6)

24 Thursday - Exam: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Block 10, Exam: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Block 2, Exam: 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Blocks E1 & E2

25 Friday - Exam: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Block 9, Exam: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Block 11

30 Wednesday - Senior Grades due in the Registrar's Office no later than 12 Noon

3 Saturday - GRADUATION

5 Monday - Final Grades due in the Registrar's Office no later than 12 Noon

June

13 Friday - Last day to submit work to professor for any "IN" grade received in the Spring Term

**TO HAVE YOUR NAME OFFICIALLY ADDED OR DROPPED FROM A CLASS ROSTER, YOU MUST TURN IN THE PROPERLY SIGNED FORMS TO THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE BY DEADLINES WHICH APPEAR ON THIS ACADEMIC CALENDAR. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN NO CREDIT AND/OR A GRADE OF "F". UNLESS PRIOR CONSENT FOR ABSENCE FROM THE FIRST MEETING OF A CLASS IS GRANTED BY THE COURSE INSTRUCTOR, THE INSTRUCTOR MAY REQUEST THAT THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR DROP AN ABSENT STUDENT FROM THE CLASS ROSTER. HOWEVER, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT, NOT THE INSTRUCTOR OR THE ADVISOR, TO MAKE SURE THAT HE/SHE IS ENROLLED IN THE CORRECT SCHEDULE EACH TERM.
