101, 102 Elementary Russian I, II
A study of the fundamentals of Russian with emphasis on pronunciation and oral communication. (1,1) Lecture: 3 hrs/wk.; Laboratory: 1 hr/wk.
201, 202 Intermediate Russian I, II
A comprehensive study of the grammar; in-depth development of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; cultural component included. (1,1) Lecture: 3 hrs/wk.; Laboratory; 1 hr/wk. Prerequisite: Russian 101-102 or permission of the instructor.
