The Dr. Charles H. Fisher Lectures
This Lecture Series honors Dr. Charles H. Fisher, a 1928 graduate of Roanoke College. Dr. Fisher received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Illinois and taught at Harvard University before going on to a distinguished career in industry and government. Dr. Fisher is the author of more than 200 publications and 72 patents, in the fields of organic and polymer chemistry. He is currently an adjunct research professor at Roanoke College, and continues to publish several articles each year.
