Roanoke College Helpdesk The Roanoke College Helpdesk is staffed by Student Assistants trained in troubleshooting computer problems.
Occasionally, all helpdesk telephone lines are tied up, and you will be transferred to voice mail. You may leave a message, and your call will be logged. When you call, it is helpful to be clear in stating exactly what your question is.
