Virginia R. Dooley
Virginia R. Dooley, Director of Dining and Auxiliary Services, is a ’72 graduate of Virginia Tech in Human Nutrition and Foods, and a ’73 graduate of the Dietetic Internship at the Medical College of Virginia.
Virginia joined Roanoke College 1983 and was promoted to her present position in 1996.
Through Virginia’s leadership there have been great strides in staff development, the Commons has grown into a variety of food concepts, and the catering sector has excelled to the level of bringing the College much regional recognition.
