For ALL dates with a 9am-3pm schedule, individual interview appointments are available with the respective employer.  Out of consideration to the recruiters' schedules, morning blocks will be filled first before afternoon times will become available.  Keep in mind that most recruiters will only travel from out of town to conduct interviews if they are guaranteed a FULL interview schedule.  Consider scheduling interviews to learn about new opportunities as well as to polish your interviewing skills!

ALL employers scheduled on February 6 are participating in our Education Job Fair, and appointments needs to be made in Career Services as soon as possible.  Please call 540-375-2303.  Roanoke College students will have first selection of times until January 16, at which time other individuals may contact us for appointments.  All candidates will be asked to submit an electronic resume in advance of the job fair.

+Southern Teachers Agency is a teacher placement firm for mostly private and parochial schools, and in most all cases, teacher licensing is NOT required for their placements.  They wish to preview resumes of candidates in advance of their visits.  Friday, January 25 is the deadline for submitting your resume for consideration for this agency.  A tentative appointment will be scheduled at the time you submit your resume, and confirmed once the employer reviews resumes.  (NOTE:  Most all students are approved, with rare exceptions.)

+New Dominion School is an outdoor adventure therapeutic alternative school that will have opportunities available in the counseling field, for working with students with special needs.  Students with majors in Sociology and Psychology would be prime candidates for this employer.  They are also conducting interviews with individuals on February 6 as part of our Education Job Fair.  Details are available in Career Services.  No teacher license is necessary.

~~AIG Financial in Richmond will be interviewing on campus in March for the position of Financial Representatives - open to ALL majors!  Deadline to submit resume to Career Services for pre-select consideration is Monday, February 25.
