Summer Scholars present research finding During Family Weekend, the Summer Scholar program showcased the work of some of this year’s Roanoke College Summer Scholars. The recipients of the Summer Scholar awards hail from departments across the college curriculum. Working with faculty supervisors, they spent the past summer researching topics appropriate to their majors. Each Summer Scholar participant presented with a poster session and a 20-minute oral presentation featuring their work. Dr. Curt Camac, director of the Summer Scholars program and chair of the psychology department,said “We were pleased on the quality of the presentations. Eight of the presentations will be presented regional or nationally throughout the coming year.” Poster Presentations Maggie C.
